THE PROBLEM
Jobsbank was referred to us as they were going through a rebrand and desperately needed a revamp of their website. The website was dated, lacked the functionality required to grow with them and no longer reflected the brand (the vision, voice and personality).
The Solution
The new website had to reflect the new rebrand with an emphasis on user experience and accessibility. It was important that the user could easily navigate the website to find the information they were looking for, and were ready to reach out and connect with the team to discuss next steps. It had to be clear what services Jobsbank offered and who they had helped in the past.
The Outcome
Since the website redesign, Jobsbank has seen an increase of 63% in traffic to the website. The leads through the website have more than doubled.
Leads are much easier to track and qualify now as a result of clearer structure and lead capture functionality.
They now know which page the user submitted an enquiry from and if they visited any other pages. This allows the Jobsbank team to ensure that the first contact they have with the new lead is coming from the right team member, who is equipped with all of the relevant information.
