ITP Accounting Professionals was referred to us from a client. They knew their website could be working harder for their business. With 200+ offices throughout Australia, we had to develop a central search function that allowed the user to search via postcode or suburb.
The Solution
We developed a website strategy that greatly improved the user interface and experience. We optimised the website for SEO from day one, which improved the crawlability of the website significantly. The Find an office function locates the nearest five office locations to the suburb being searched, and is a function that is used frequently by visitors.
The Outcome
From the day the new website went live they immediately saw an increase in online form submissions, and I'm pleased to say that they've seen a 400% increase in completed online tax returns.
There has been a 10X increase in online business enquiries and bookings.
In five weeks of the website going live, the number of tax course enrolments received from organic search traffic was higher than 5 months of paid advertising, when comparing to the same period in the prior year.
